Our flight was at 11 o'clock the next day, so we stayed at the airport hotel a day in advance to avoid the stress of catching the flight in the morning. However, we arrived at the hotel at about 9 o'clock the previous morning and wanted to store our luggage, but the hotel did not have this service. We had to store our luggage next to Starbucks. We looked it up and found that one piece of luggage cost 15 pounds (depending on the time you requested), which was still a bit expensive. If you are a Hilton member, you can check in at 12 o'clock. We waited until after checking in at 12 o'clock before arranging to go to the Seven Sisters White Cliffs, which delayed us some time.

Perfect location for north terminal as inside it, but this means there will be noise disturbance.Our hotel overlooked the terminal next to the shuttle train, which you can hear. The room is fine for 1 night stay, unfortunately the hotel had and issue eith jotvwater do had s cold shower, would hsve been helpful them to out a sign at reception and maybe in the lift to warn and apologise ad there were a number of unhappy guests, but I accept this was out if their control and that were doing their best to fix ASAP.
We had breakfast included but only continental as hot breakfast not served until 7am and we had to check in to our flight at 6.30am, but what we had was OK, but wouldn't have paid extra for it.
Overall, it was a good convenient hotel for an early flight and would stay again.
